Amazing stay, we were there for 3 days. The food provided for breakfast was outstanding. The rooms turned out to be budget and spotless with nice bathroom and mosquito net and a super comfortable bed. The location was amazing - next to the nearby beach and restaurants👌

My room was reasonably spacious with a super comfortable bed, mosquito net and nice bathroom as described. The staff members were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was in a great and amazing location close enough to the highest rated restaurant, the beach or eateries along the main road and supermarkets.

The location was marvellous, quite in the garden, in the stunning area. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The room was spotless and cheap in general, with nice bathroom.

I have just returned from a fantastic stay in this brand-new hotel, spacious rooms. Amazingly kind staff and great and incredible location make it a great choice! Santai Warung, where you can eat lunch, is at a moderate distance from the venue, truly enjoyed this place.

it was a charming and nice hotel in a fairly quiet area, near to a forest. our room was large with nice bathroom, and we liked having access to wake-up service. the location was quiet and exceptionally nice - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for a livelier atmosphere at night. As young party-goers, we were hoping for some fun activities or events in the evenings.

I had an amazing stay at Mango Moon in Pemuteran. The property is set in a stunning garden/jungle setting, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The owner, with her warm smile and kindness, made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to cater to my dietary preferences, offering a delicious breakfast tailored to my needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a unique outdoor bathroom that added a sense of fun. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The WiFi worked well, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. The lush garden surrounding the accommodation provided the perfect setting for our children to explore and play. The spacious rooms were well-furnished and had a unique open bathroom concept, adding to the overall charm of the place. We also loved the refreshing swimming pool and the convenience of being just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. , the availability of bike rental allowed us to easily explore the area and enjoy cycling with our little ones.

My children wanted a dedicated play area for kids.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us during our stay. The outdoor bathroom was a unique and enjoyable experience, especially at night under the stars. The pool was clean and offered a nice place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring.

The budget room we initially booked was quite small and had only cold water in the shower. It was also a bit of a walk to the beach, about 20 minutes, and the dirt road leading to the hotel could be a bit dark at night.

The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful outdoor spaces surrounded by lush greenery. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible. The staff was always there to assist me, making sure I had everything I needed and helping me navigate the premises with ease. It was such a comfort to know that I was in good hands during my stay.

If I had to ask for a better vacation for senior people, I would have loved to have a grab bar in the bathroom. While the staff at Mango Moon were incredibly helpful and attentive, I think having a grab bar would provide an extra level of support and safety for older guests.
